I grew up in Dorchester & Mattapan & have fond memories of Blue Hill Avenue, the Hecht House and "the wall" at Franklin Field during the High Holidays. I attended the Solomon Lewenberg Junior High School, Boston Technical High School, Boston University & Northeastern University. ​ After College my wife, Carol an I entered into the family's restaurant businesses, the Deli Haus in Kenmore Sq, for 17 years during the 70's and 80's, and then to Cappuccino's in Newton. My restaurant training has been invaluable and has made me very sensitive and attentive to my customers' needs. This has translated extremely well to real estate as it's a business based on building & maintaining successful relationships. Carol and I have owned a home in Newton for over 30 years where we happily raised our children, Kim and Jeremy. ​ A realtor for 20 years, I have been employed with Preservation Properties for over 15 years, and attained the level of Vice President in 2003. I consult with clients on both sales and rentals. I'm extremely knowledgeable about the sales market in Newton, Boston and Metro West and have been involved in many successful transactions representing both buyers and sellers.
